Smithville Youth Group is currently doing a service project in coordination with Teens 4 Christ.  The project will benefit needy families in the Cookeville area.  Please bring bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the church building by Sunday Morning, January 26th, or give them to any teenager, if you wish to help.

SNAC for grades 6 and under will be in the annex after evening services, Sunday, January 19th.  Bring your Bible and food.

Tuesday, December 31st in the annex.

Eat-Meet-Eat will be December 29th.  Morning services will be at normal time(10:00 am), followed by lunch in the annex.  Our evening service will be led by the youth at 12:30.

Friday, December 20th at Josh and Brittany Gulley’s from 5:00-8:00.  Guys bring chips, girls bring drinks.  Everyone bring a Bible, dress warm, and bring a $5 wrapped gift for Dirty Santa. and bring a lawn chair.  Wear your tackiest Christmas sweater.  Lock-in to follow at the building until 6:00 am.

The Ladies Christmas party this year will be held at the home of Gail Heelam.  Bring a side dish or dessert and a $5 gift for the dirty santa game.  Directions:  Take Short Mtn Hwy for 8 miles.  Turn right onto Tabernacle Rd, then take the next left (Hodges Rd.).  First house on the left.

7th Grade and up’s HIP will go to the DMS/WCMS JV basketball game, Wednesday, December 18th at 3:00.  Please meet at the building at 2:55.  Bring your Bible and money for supper.  Admission to the game is free.

The Angel Tree Christmas list is out.  Please write the angel’s number on your gift and return it by Sunday, December 8th.

6th Grade and Under in the Annex after evening services.  Please bring food and a wrapped present ($1 only).
